If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return, without custom engraving and in original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It is that simple.
- How to Prepare a Return/Exchange
1. Call for an authorization. Call 239.298.1335 and you will be given a refund/exchange authorization code.
2. Package your merchandise securely in original packaging. Write the authorization code on the original invoice. Be sure to include all original invoice, jewelry, collateral and gift box packaging. For security reasons do not use Abstract Silver Jewelry on he address label.
3. Insure your package. You may ship it via any carrier. Be sure to fully insure it for the invoiced amount and request a return receipt for confirmation that your package has reached its destination*.
